We know that people feel better when they stay active, that's why we offer weekly training sessions, taking place at Canterbury College Sports Hall from 7-8pm every Thursday open to everyone aged 16+. Sessions vary from basic drills to more complicated in-game examples, with every session ending in a variety of fun and practice games.
Dodgeball is a great way to meet new people as well as stay active. Sessions are broken into four sections:
skill based drills - practising a specific skill e.g. throwing, catching
skill based game - games emphasising the specific skill that has been practised
practice game - a normal game of dodgeball
fun game - a game to ensure everyone leaves the session in a great mood!
