We know that people feel better when they stay active, that's why we offer 2 training sessions a week open to everyone aged 16+:

  • Tuesday at Dover Leisure Centre 6:30-8pm

  • Wednesday at Canterbury College Sports Hall from 7-8:30pm

Dodgeball is a great way to meet new people as well as stay active. Sessions are broken into four sections:

  • skill based drills - practising a specific skill e.g. throwing, catching

  • skill based game - games emphasising the specific skill that has been practised

  • practice game - a normal game of dodgeball

  • fun game - a game to ensure everyone leaves the session in a great mood!
